exercises, it's also not likely that you'll ever get bored.
Bicycling exercise also offers no age barriers, and people
at almost any fitness level can enjoy it. As well as being
beneficial to your heart, cycling can also provide great
resistance training.
Cycling can be part of a program to lose weight because
it burns calories quickly. Unlike running, cycling is a low
impact sport and can be enjoyed with friends and family.
Cycling-on roads or trails-can be a fun part of a regular
fitness regimen, or biking to work can be an easy way to get
in regular exercise without heading for a gym.

shoulders and arms.

you enjoy so you'll stick to it to get the maximum benefits.

your health but the best cardio exercises get you to your
ideal target heart rate as you exercise.
Bicycling is an effective, relatively stress-free way to
exercise your body, and it can be enjoyed by people of all
ages. One of the most positive impacts of bicycling is
improved health and freedom from the gym. Bicycling can be
one of your favorite summer activities.
